Dustin is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about all the different trim packages that are offered. He went above and beyond to make this the smoothest/pain free purchase. He made sure that I understood how to wok all the tech features in my new car and connected my phone to the car. It was a pleasure working with Tom, Dave, and Joe on a brand new Outlander Trail Edition! Everything from trading in my 2023 Outlander, choosing financing options, choosing extended warranty options, went very well. I worked with Joe Kazouh when I stopped in on a Friday after work. Him and his co-workers all stayed late to make sure I left with the car I wanted and took care of me. Not once was I overwhelmed.
