Dustin is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about all the different trim packages that are offered. He went above and beyond to make this the smoothest/pain free purchase. He made sure that I understood how to wok all the tech features in my new car and connected my phone to the car. He even showed me how to use the my connect app and ensure that I was comfortable with it. This was night and day compared to my previous experiences at other dealerships. We had looked all over Pittsburgh to find a first car for my daughter that was the right size, reliable and not TOO expensive which proved to be more difficult than I had anticipated. We finally ended up finding a pre-owned Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross at South Park which checked all the boxes. Had the part I needed,and got it cheaper than what I was told it was going to cost me....still to much for a brake caliper but don't think I'd ever buy another Mitsubishi ,electric parking brake sucks.

Love love my outlander it’s got everything I need love the electric and gas process perfect car for me Excellent service so far… I was lil scared at first price eas too good to be true from what I was used to. Took a chance!!! Never had a Mitsubishi after speaking with other outlander owners..,turns out these are a real find!!!!!

I think we as customers dread a car buying experience fearing we will be taken advantage of ,or had bad sales people in the past. I did not feel like that at all, it was actually pleasant. Great Sales experience from Jim Carter he and The sales manager and Finance manager really worked hard to get me into a 2018 Wrangler got me a more than fair price for my trade and worked on the pricing of the vehicle and warranty coverage until we got the payment I needed to be at. We are still working on a service issue on it but service has been great so far . I will come back to update once the issue has been resolved hopefully changing to 5 stars ....Edit changed to 5 stars . Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership has been great. Responsive and no pressure at all from sales and service stands behind their work.
