We ended up purchasing it, and Joe and Dave went out of their way to help us secure financing and make sure we had everything we needed before she drove the car off the lot! Highly recommend!

The sales members all worked as a TEAM to help each other out. I reached out through the general assistance email with John T. and made an appointment for a test drive. I arrived and John T. was helping other customers so Joe K. was able to give me the test drive. Overall experience with the sales team and managers was the best experience I have had in over 25 years. The team immediately stepped in and was fully committed to resolving the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked diligently to diagnose and fix an issue that wasn’t easy to pinpoint. I especially appreciate the communication and accountability shown by the General Manager. Despite the initial setback, their responsiveness and support made a meaningful difference.

Recently purchased a used vehicle as a first car for my kid. We initially went out to look at a vehicle that sold before we got there. When we got there sales man Joe Kazouh greeted us and told us the vehicle we were hoping to see was sold. We let him know what we were looking for. What our price point was and if he ever came across something that fit to give us a ring. 3 weeks later he kept his word when something he thought we would like came into the dealership. We were on vacation when it came and he held the vehicle until we could get there to see it. It was everything he said it was and we were able to buy it that day. He made the process smooth and easy. Would not hesitate to do business with him or south park mitsubishi again in the future.

I recently had to get a new car after my outlander sport decided it was her time. Dustin was AWESOME! I went in feeling nervous but he made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision, answered any questions I had and taught me how to work all of the bells and whistles. The process was far less intimidating with his help. Hands down the best experience I could have possibly have had. I love my car and appreciated his help so much.

There was no pressure or uncomfortable sales pitch — just normal conversations, great communication, and people who truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. Their attitudes, professionalism, and communication skills were outstanding. This was hands-down the best dealership experience we have EVER had!
