Came here to get a suv after the old one rusted out. Absolutely wonderful sales and financial department, they were very thoughtful and patient and even communicated with me after working hours! Gene was very communicative and helpful, Johnny.T was fun and very accommodating. I forgot his name but the guy in finance explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions, just overall a very nice experience. Can't wait to get another car from here!

I have nothing but good things to say about South Park Mitsubishi. Having just been in my first real car accident with some injuries, was super gun shy to drive again. Dustin made me feel comfortable enough to test drive and I was able to drive on roads nearby that I could really test the handling out (some windy and steep roads). He was very easy to get along with and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured in the slightest. It felt good to be in control of the buying experience and I didn't quite feel that way when I bought my last car. Everyone else at the dealership were super helpful and nice too, including the owner. I'm so glad to have bought from a family-owned dealership that's so close to my house. It really doesn't get better than that! Even though I was going through a very hard time with the car accident, my buying experience coupled with my super cool new car really lifted my spirits and I can't thank everyone at the dealership enough.

Love that the owner is putting money into the old building. First time in since the lounge/waiting are has been redone. Beautiful job. Very comfortable and inviting space to wait in. As always SPM is the place to go.

The whole crew starting with our salesman Tony Goodwin to Bill Burns were nothing but professional. They were not pushy and gave us all the info we needed without trying to entice us to by this vehicle. We had no intention to buy today, but the deal was to good to pass up and they were so helpful that we pulled the trigger on this wonderful vehicle. I will always tell people of the great experience and the ease of this process. We were looking used, but ended up buying new because the price couldn't be beat. John was very helpful with getting us into a beautiful new Outlander within our budget Never once did I ever feel any pressure like being talked into something I really didn't want-that is one of the biggest turnoffs-so that went a long way!
